Returns, Cancel and Exchange Policy on Books:
We aim toward complete customer satisfaction. In case you are not happy with any products you have purchased, you can simply return the item(s) and we will either send you a replacement or refund your money. You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5-day window. If your order has been placed online, please email us at sales@www.simplevedas.com for a refund or exchange provided on the order receipt.

2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging,
3. Items should be returned within 15 days of the day you bought them with the receipt.

How to return an item by post:
We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.
