This course consists of the in-depth systematic study of 4 books: Bhagavad-gita, Sri Ishopanisad, Nectar of Instruction & Nectar of Devotion.
It has been designed for devotees who have been practicing Krishna consciousness seriously for one year with a basic scriptural knowledge and understanding. It will help the student better the knowledge of scriptures, deepen the understanding, enhance the ability to preach, build faith and conviction, etc.
This course is divided into 6 modules/units as follows:
- Bhagavad gita – Chapters 01 to 06 (BG1)
- Bhagavad gita – Chapters 07 to 12 (BG2)
- Bhagavad gita – Chapters 13 to 18 (BG3)
- Nectar of Instruction (NOI)
- Sri Isopanishad (ISO)
- Nectar of Devotion (NOD)
You take one module/unit at a time starting from the first.
Eligibility:
1. Chanting sixteen rounds and following the four regulative principles.
2. You must be recommended by local ISKCON Temple President/ Authority who knows you very well.
Assessments (Unit Wise):
Each module/unit has 4 types of assessments as mentioned in the picture below. The details about it shall be explained in the Orientation session of the course.
Assessments Division:
The table below shows on the basis of each unit the number of shlokas to be memorized, the MCQ Quizzes, Closed-book assessments, Open-book assessments (essays).
