We at Simple Vedas are committed to fulfilling your order with utmost care and in a timely manner. We estimate shipping dates on the basis of several factors – availability of stocks, the time it takes to assemble the order/orders, the distance of the destination from our warehouse, etc.
If the ordered items are large in quantity, it may take us time to process, assemble and ship the products to you.
We calculate delivery estimates by adding the time it takes for a package to travel from our warehouse to the delivery address you have chosen to the approximate date on which the package will be shipped from our facility.
Domestic Orders
For Local (within Mumbai): The goods will be delivered within 7 working days from Our Facility.
For Outstation: The goods will be delivered within 7-15 working days. And for certain remote geographies, the time for deliveries may exceed 15 days.
International Orders
It will take 15 days from the date of the order for the package to reach your chosen shipping address. Due to products that are shipped internationally being subject to customs clearance procedures, there is a possibility of delays in the case of international orders beyond the delivery estimates.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges are levied on the following basis:
- Weight of your package,
- The distance of your chosen shipping address.
Returns
Unless the items ordered fall within the below-mentioned criteria, they will not be returned:
- If the product ordered and the product delivered do not match.
- The delivered product has some manufacturing defects.
